🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years PM in logistics or ops-heavy software.
• Strong customer empathy to uncover real problems.
• Ownership mindset; define goals and guide teams.
• Experience leading initiatives across cross-functional groups.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical understanding to collaborate with eng, data science, AI; frame problems.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, or related; MBA a plus.
