Maintain and repair all fleet assets to proper operating condition
Provide preventative and corrective maintenance on complex automation systems for transport
Troubleshoot control & electrical system failures: PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, I/O, sensors
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic machine tool systems: actuators, valves, pumps, filters
Troubleshoot automated tool mechanical systems: ballscrews, linear rails, gearboxes, motors
Drive forklifts and company vehicles

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
8+ years of maintenance technician experience
8+ years experience with diesel, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and/or electrical repair
10+ years of experience as a maintenance technician or field service engineer
Experience installing, aligning and commissioning automated production cells in aerospace environment
Experience accessing and modifying Siemens control logic or similar PLC architectures
