- Ensure all vehicles are ready for dispatch (audited, clean, compliant)
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, fuses) and identify repair needs
- Escalate and coordinate overnight vehicle issues (towing, swaps, repairs)
- Monitor HVAC, dock doors, gates, lighting, and infrastructure
- Maintain staging areas, yard space, and shared equipment
- Manage warehouse equipment (forklifts) including battery tracking and charging
🎯 Requirements
- Must be 21+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work overnight shifts and operate independently
- 2-4+ years of experience in fleet operations, facilities maintenance, or similar environments
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Forklift or equipment certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with Google Sheets (or Excel) and willingness to learn internal systems
