- Experience coordinating repairs, vendors, or maintenance workflows
- Strong problem-solving; triage and resolve issues independently
- Comfortable performing hands-on work in warehouse and fleet environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- OSHA 30 and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
