Oversee commercial aspects of engine, aircraft heavy maintenance, and retirement programs.
Manage budgeting and forecasting for Allegiant's heavy maintenance programs.
Analyze new and/or supplemental aircraft types.
Coordinate with materials, maintenance, and engineering on work scope and cost.
Identify, negotiate, and purchase targeted aircraft or engines.
Organize aircraft documentation and post-purchase/lease contract management.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field.
2+ years in related activity; aviation experience preferred.
Authorized to work in the US; must pass a background check.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple large projects in a fast-paced environment.
