🎯 Requirements
- Strong judgment and the ability to provide risk-calibrated, business-focused legal advice.
- Anticipate issues and address long-term risks that could impact objectives.
- Build trusted relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Clear communicator translating complex legal concepts into practical guidance.
- Bachelor's degree and J.D.; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum 7 years of corporate/commercial legal experience, incl. in-house.
