  • Manage retail media campaigns across Walmart Connect, Criteo, Roundel, and RMNs for Flamingo/Harry's.
  • Lead planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Retail Leads, Growth Marketing, Brand, and Customer Retail teams.
  • Develop performance reports and insights; use data clean rooms for analysis.
  • Manage budgets and agencies; set KPIs and track ROAS, CPCs, and CTR.
  • Support Amazon.com media team with ad management and cross-learning.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years managing retail media campaigns across Walmart Connect, Criteo, Roundel, and Amazon.
  • 1+ year experience managing Walmart Connect Advertising or Criteo Ads preferred.
  • Strong data-driven mindset; comfortable with campaign and cohort analysis.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with successful outcomes.
  • Autonomous in fast-paced environments with strong communication.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and attention to detail.
