- Bachelorβs Degree preferred
- 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize talent flow
- Strategic, analytical mindset with metrics reporting and planning
- Bonus: Greenhouse ATS experience; SaaS/Cloud recruiting
