🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize talent flow
  • Strategic, analytical mindset with metrics reporting and planning
  • Bonus: Greenhouse ATS experience; SaaS/Cloud recruiting
