Support Fixed Asset accounting: additions, retirements, transfers, and depreciation per US GAAP.
Assist with monthly and annual close by preparing journal entries and asset reconciliations.
Partner with finance/operations to track CIP, project spending, and asset capitalization.
Prepare fixed asset schedules and docs for tax filings and audits.
Participate in process improvements and system enhancements as we scale.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 4+ years in accounting, Fixed Assets a plus.
Working knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
ERP systems experience; NetSuite preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Detail-oriented and adaptable in a growing environment.
