Support Fixed Asset accounting activities, incl additions, retirements, transfers, and monthly depreciation in US GAAP.
Assist monthly/annual close by preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
Partner with finance/ops to track Construction-in-Progress (CIP) and capitalization of assets.
Prepare Fixed Asset schedules and docs for Property Tax filings and audits.
Participate in process improvements and system enhancements as the company scales.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; 2–3 years experience; Fixed Assets a plus
US GAAP knowledge, internal controls, and financial reporting
ERP systems experience; NetSuite preferred
Fluency in English and Spanish
Detail oriented; quick learner; adaptable in a growth environment
