📋 Description

• Develop illustrations, infographics, and motion graphics that communicate ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing to create email templates, social graphics, and product visuals.
• See projects through design from concept to production.
• Build strong visuals and digital experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Design across diverse projects while maintaining Fivetran brand across surfaces.
• Actively contribute to evolving the brand with new solutions for goals.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and marketers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of design experience with a portfolio showing marketing work.
• Excellence in typography, color, layout, and composition.
• Strong critical thinking and storytelling skills.
• A strong portfolio showing brand experience across mediums.
• Motion design experience is a plus (execution or direction).
• Strong design sensibilities from strategy to production details.
• A general understanding of business goals and strategy.
• Ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous projects.
