Collaborate with engineering to integrate reliability into the product roadmap.
Support prioritization and resolution of critical bugs from support or sales.
Maintain 100% availability of production infrastructure by automating deployments.
Proactively monitor infrastructure vulnerabilities with security team.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience with SaaS products at scale
Kubernetes administration
Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Terraform, and configuration management
Python and Shell scripting; Java is a bonus
Experience with Linux internals and administration
Experience with PostgreSQL
