Collaborate with engineering to embed reliability practices in roadmaps.
Support prioritization and resolution of critical bugs from support or sales.
Maintain 100% availability of production infra via automation for scalable deployments.
Proactively monitor vulnerabilities and coordinate with security.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years experience with SaaS at scale
Kubernetes administration experience
AWS, GCP, Terraform and config management
Python or Shell scripting; Java bonus
Linux internals and administration
PostgreSQL experience
