- Work closely with customers to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Take end-to-end ownership of cases from troubleshooting to resolution.
- Provide troubleshooting support via web, email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Be willing to work in 24x7 shifts (IST 5PM–2AM or 7PM–4AM).
- Investigate incidents using the Fivetran environment, logs, and tools.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to address feature requests and document solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ yrs relevant work experience
- Strong Customer Advocacy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Knowledge in Python scripting
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Experience building or troubleshooting APIs
