📋 Description

  • Work closely with customers to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of cases from troubleshooting to resolution.
  • Provide troubleshooting support via web, email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Be willing to work in 24x7 shifts (IST 5PM–2AM or 7PM–4AM).
  • Investigate incidents using the Fivetran environment, logs, and tools.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product to address feature requests and document solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ yrs relevant work experience
  • Strong Customer Advocacy skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Knowledge in Python scripting
  • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Experience building or troubleshooting APIs
