We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruiting team! We are a collaborative and driven team, motivated by our passion for growing Five9 with excellent talent and supporting our hiring managers in their hiring goals. This role will support our Sales and Professional Services, and will be a 9 month contract role.Responsibilities:

  • Attract the best talent for open positions while building and maintaining relationships with talent for future opportunities, supporting the Product Engineering organization.
  • Provide a stellar candidate experience with the ability to pipeline candidates for future opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed recruiting metrics (time to fill, candidate experience, quality of hire).
  • Source using various tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Recommend new strategies and resources for finding and attracting talent.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
  • Develop strategic job plans for their requisitions and coach them on hiring best practices.
Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience including sourcing, preferably for growing, global technology companies
  • 2+ years in an in-house environment, technology company preferred
  • Experience recruiting engineering professionals required
  • Great follow through with candidates and ability to create exceptional experiences
  • Proven track record of finding and hiring top talent with a high close rate
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Relationship builder/networker extraordinaire
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Service oriented approach with hiring managers, sense of ownership
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
