Professional Services Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day ops for multiple implementation projects within time, scope, and budget.
• Communicate plans, progress, and status to internal staff and customers.
• Collaborate with PMs and partners to streamline product implementations.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships at all levels.
• Maintain and update internal applications for implementations.
• Articulate Five9's Professional Services value via presentations and demos.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Consultant.
• Experience managing multiple projects across customers with little oversight.
• Exposure to AI within voice and digital channels.
• Contact Center industry experience preferred.
• Experience implementing Five9 or VoIP call center solutions incl. IVA.
• Knowledge of SaaS CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, Zendesk, ServiceNow) desired.
• Willing to travel up to 25% regionally; national/international travel possible.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Kanban preferred.
