- Lead day-to-day ops for multiple implementation projects within time, scope, and budget.
- Communicate plans, progress, and status to internal staff and customers.
- Collaborate with PMs and partners to streamline product implementations.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships at all levels.
- Maintain and update internal applications for implementations.
- Articulate Five9's Professional Services value via presentations and demos.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years as Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Consultant.
- Experience managing multiple projects across customers with little oversight.
- Exposure to AI within voice and digital channels.
- Contact Center industry experience preferred.
- Experience implementing Five9 or VoIP call center solutions incl. IVA.
- Knowledge of SaaS CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, Zendesk, ServiceNow) desired.
- Willing to travel up to 25% regionally; national/international travel possible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication required.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Kanban preferred.
