Procurement Contract Manager

📋 Description

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs.
• Define sourcing requirements and procurement strategies with timelines.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, SLAs, and delivery for suppliers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Infosec on security and privacy.
• Maintain contract documentation for audit readiness.
• Support supplier onboarding and monitor performance against SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Finance, or related; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-10 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management in mid/large org.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating complex agreements and managing risk.
• Experience with SaaS and/or technology procurement preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, benchmark pricing, identify opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
