Assistant Controller

📋 Description

• Manage GAAP-based financial reporting.
• Prepare consolidation and monthly/quarterly fluxes.
• Oversee month-end close: entries, reconciliations, GL.
• Ensure compliance with internal and financial policies.
• Collaborate with departments for timely reporting.
• Manage international subs, audits, and tax compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA required.
• 7+ years experience in public accounting or equivalent.
• Strong technical accounting with US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Experience with internal and external auditors.
• Experience managing and directing a team.
