💼 The Role

As our Sales Manager for the Iberian market, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding relationships with existing partners. You’ll have the freedom to work independently while collaborating closely with teams across Marketing, Development, and Product Education to bring real value to our clients.

You know that great sales start with a great conversation — and you’re not afraid to pick up the phone to make it happen.

🛠️What You’ll Do
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Spain and Portugal.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct active outreach through cold calling, video meetings and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
  • You’ll create a network by attending trade fairs
  • You’ll effectively communicate with all stakeholders within the organization, in particular with the Business Development Team and report on sales performance and market trends to help shape our regional strategy.

What You Bring
  • You have at least 3 years of full-time working experience as Sales Representative or similar positions
  • You have proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or retail tech
  • You have experience in identifying market needs and developing the strategies for a new product
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — you have a background in the start-up environment and know how to work independently.
  • You feel comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • You’re not intimidated by legal documents and enjoy understanding how APIs work.
  • You are fluent inSpanish, Portuguese and English - to apply please send your CV in English
