  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification
  • 2+ years of fraud investigations experience (first party or synthetic ID or ID theft)
  • Ability to identify patterns in situations
  • Ability to work independently to resolve cases under SLAs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to track metrics and KPIs
