- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- 2+ years of fraud investigations experience (first party or synthetic ID or ID theft)
- Ability to identify patterns in situations
- Ability to work independently to resolve cases under SLAs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to track metrics and KPIs
