🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
7+ years in accounting, advisory, or financial services.
Proven track record managing client relationships.
Experience reviewing/signing off on complex engagements.
Experience managing teams with managers or senior staff.
Business development/sales experience, including client expansion.
