The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Product team. In this role, you will drive Product & R&D operations within the Security & Trust unit, throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless execution, working with and managing relations with cross-functional stakeholders, streamlining communications, implementing new and efficient processes, and overseeing impactful projects from initiation to completion.

What You'll Do

  • You’ll facilitate and oversee the unit’s roadmap planning process, helping the teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • You’ll be proactive and collaborate with Product Managers, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery and execution of key initiatives, new products, and features.
  • You’ll oversee and manage quality assurance, cross-functional and internal dependencies, and risk management.
  • You’ll help the teams to make data-driven decisions, track success metrics to ensure alignment with business goals and bring impactful results to Fireblocks.
  • You’ll act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, fostering alignment and transparency, and help to enable other teams to drive growth, expansion and adoption of new and existing products.
  • You’ll analyze and optimize workflows, streamlining product and development processes to help Fireblocks scale efficiently while remaining agile and impact-focused.
  • You’ll lead and facilitate high-impact, complex projects from start to completion, removing blockers and demonstrating a proactive problem-solving approach.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in a product-led company, within the Product or R&D departments, acting as a TPM, Project Manager, Product Operations or Product Manager.
  • A proven track record of scaling operations in SaaS environments.
  • Strong operational skills with a focus on outcomes and measurable impact.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple complex initiatives while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset capable of building strong cross-functional relationships, motivating others, and managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Deep understanding of Jira and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Fireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In order to do that, we strongly believe our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms.
