Overview
Fireblocks, a leading digital asset security platform, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Latin America (LatAm) to lead regional go-to-market strategy and demand generation in Brazil and across LatAm.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the LatAm regional marketing strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Drive demand generation across digital channels (paid media, email, social) and events.
- _Localize messaging and content for Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Communications to build pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
- Manage regional budget, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns.
- Lead or coordinate regional campaigns, events, and webinars.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in LatAm to inform strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech/crypto or SaaS.
- Proven track record in LatAm marketing with measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems; familiarity with analytics tools (GA4).
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese; English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.
