Job Summary
Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Director, Japan to drive revenue growth and lead the go-to-market strategy in the Japanese market. This role is based in Tokyo Prefecture, Japan and will own regional sales targets, manage enterprise accounts, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the sales strategy for the Japanese market
- Develop and manage enterprise accounts, build a robust pipeline, and close large deals
- Build relationships with C-suite and other key stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to align GTM plans and drive adoption
- Forecast revenue, track performance, and adjust plans to meet or exceed targets
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team in Japan
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory considerations in Japan
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales in Japan
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Japanese
- Ability to travel as needed and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher; 8+ years in B2B sales is a plus
