Sales Director, Dubai
Fireblocks is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead our Dubai-based enterprise sales efforts, responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, and crypto institutions in the Middle East. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution in a fast-growing fintech environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for Dubai and the broader Middle East to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performance sales team; recruit, mentor, and manage pipelines.
- Identify, engage, and close multi-million-dollar deals with banks, exchanges, and fintechs; craft compelling ROI cases.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, legal, and customer success to tailor solutions and respond to RFPs.
- Forecast accurately, manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, and report progress to executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and coordinate with legal on contracts and terms.
- Travel as needed to close opportunities and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS or fintech enterprise sales with a demonstrated track record of closing deals at the enterprise level (>$1M).
- Experience selling to banks, exchanges, and fintechs in the Middle East; strong regional network.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to build and manage a sales team.
- Strong understanding of crypto, digital assets, custody, and related security concepts.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; ability to influence at the executive level.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and data-driven selling.
- Bachelor’s degree; additional business or finance qualifications preferred.
