About the Role
As the Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Banking Americas, you will be the primary post-sales owner for strategic banking clients, ensuring successful adoption, retention, and growth of Fireblocks' platform.
What You'll Do
- Own the customer lifecycle for assigned enterprise banking accounts
- Develop and execute strategic success plans to drive adoption and expansion
- Lead onboarding, training, and adoption efforts; drive time-to-value
- Monitor health metrics, renewals, and risk indicators; minimize churn
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, and Risk teams to align on client needs
- Gather and translate customer feedback into product improvements
- Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in enterprise customer success or account management in financial services or fintech
- Proven track record of driving retention and expansion with large banking clients
- Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to analyze usage data and translate into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree; willingness to travel up to 20%
- Knowledge of blockchain/crypto is a plus
