About Fireblocks

Fireblocks is a leading provider of secure digital asset custody, wallet infrastructure, and security solutions for institutions. We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead the global product marketing strategy for our blockchain, crypto, and fintech offerings.

Role Overview

As the Director of Product Marketing, you will own go-to-market strategy, messaging, and content for Fireblocks’ product portfolio. Based in the United States, you will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to drive demand, accelerate revenue, and shape the market perception of our solutions across North America and beyond. You will build and lead a high-impact product marketing team, develop compelling buyer stories, and ensure successful product launches and ongoing market engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for Fireblocks’ product portfolio, including positioning, messaging, launch plans, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to drive demand generation and revenue growth.
  • Develop buyer personas, value propositions, and competitive messaging; deliver sales enablement content, case studies, battle cards, and pitch decks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product marketing managers; set goals, coach, recruit, and develop talent.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, shape pricing/packaging, and inform product strategy.
  • Plan and execute product launches, beta programs, and channel initiatives; track success metrics and iterate based on results.
  • Partner with product teams to influence roadmaps with customer needs and market feedback; communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent Fireblocks at events, webinars, and PR activities to drive awareness and credibility in the market.

Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years of product marketing or related experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with fintech, crypto, or cybersecurity exposure.
  • Proven leadership and people-management experience with a track record of building and scaling teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex technical product details into compelling value stories.
  • Strong expertise in GTM strategy, product launches, demand generation, content creation, and sales enablement.
  • Familiarity with blockchain, digital assets, DeFi, and security/compliance considerations.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
