Role Overview

You will identify and evaluate strategic opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions to accelerate Fireblocks’ growth. This role requires strong financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and cross-functional collaboration across product, finance, and business development teams.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic opportunities, including partnerships and potential acquisitions
Build and maintain financial models, perform valuation analyses, and develop investment memos
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
Lead due diligence efforts and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Support integration planning and post-deal performance tracking

Requirements

3-6+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or strategic roles in tech/fintech
Strong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment in New York City
