Fire Investigator - Ireland

📋 Description

• Attending incident scenes, documenting and collecting evidence, interviewing witnesses
• Acting as investigator in origin, cause and development of more complex cases
• Liaising with experts representing other interested parties
• Producing high quality, detailed and accurate technical reports
• Providing expert witness evidence, where required
• Using Jensen Hughes' case management system to record activity per SLA

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in fire investigation, fire engineering, or forensic science
• Professional body membership advantageous but not essential
• Strong analytical skills with scientific, systematic approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Frequent travel to scenes across Ireland and the UK; driving licence required
