Solve the Problems That Matter Most

FinQuery is looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team. If you are a results-driven professional who thrives on helping organizations transform their operations, this is your chance.

As an Account Manager, you will be the core commercial driver for our existing client portfolio, acting as a strategic growth engine to unlock latent potential. Your mission is to foster deep, trusted partnerships by understanding customer needs, proactively identifying cross-sell opportunities, and then crafting compelling value propositions. Ultimately, you will be responsible for skillfully closing deals that consistently maximize customer ROI (Return on Investment) and satisfaction, securing long-term revenue and solidifying our partner status.

Reports to the Manager, Account Management

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Develop tailored expansion plans, proposing additional software modules, features, or integrations that unlock new business value
  • Analyze customer data, usage patterns, and industry trends to uncover hidden opportunities for expansion
  • Successfully pitch expansion opportunities and close deals by developing strong presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Foster close, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within existing accounts
  • Partner internally with teams like customer success, product, marketing, and technical support to ensure seamless implementation of expansion initiatives
  • Track key metrics, reporting on ROI, customer satisfaction, and pipeline development
  • Constantly stay atop industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new ways to add value for your customers
  • The Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience of B2B sales, ideally within the fintech sector
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving expansion within existing accounts
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle management, from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex customer dynamics
  • A data-driven approach with a focus on measurable results and accurate, timely sales forecasts
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Must be able to present in front of sales leadership, executive leadership and FinQuery clients
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation, conceptualize multiple solutions and to select the best option
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to understand and address challenges faced by customers
  • Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or relevant field
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Experience acting as a Strategic Positioner to help the business win in its market

    Compensation

    The base pay range for this position is $60,500-109,189. Please note: The final salary for this position will be determined in FinQuery’s sole discretion consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant’s skills, qualifications for the role, job-related knowledge, work experience, and FinQuery’s business and other operational considerations.
