• Finance partner to Accounting for end-to-end expense processes.
• Own day-to-day expense management and variance forecasting.
• Build concise reporting packages for leadership.
• Improve policy adherence and reduce shadow spend.
• Develop driver-based cost-center and department forecasts.
• Create exec dashboards of opex trends and savings.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in FP&A/FinOps/Accounting with purchasing ownership.
• SQL and BI tooling; strong Excel/Sheets; NetSuite/ERP and Salesforce exposure.
• Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven; scalable processes.
• Cross-functional partner across Accounting, Legal, RevOps; policy-minded.
• Strong in variance analysis, forecasting, KPI design; translate data to action.
• Proactive problem-solver; seeks automation to drive outcomes.
