Rapidly design, build, and refine reusable UI components in Finix's design system
Apply tokens and foundations consistently across components
Produce scalable documentation to support fast adoption by design and engineering
Partner with engineering to implement, QA, and iterate system components
Apply the design system to dashboard features to validate in real workflows
Identify gaps and edge cases; propose solutions proactively

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of product design with design systems focus
Demonstrated ability to ship design systems quickly
Deep fluency in component-based design, variants, states, and tokens
Strong visual design with consistency and detail
Experience partnering with engineers to bring systems to production
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, iterative environments

🎁 Benefits

Compensation: USD 65–95 per hour (Contract, 6 months)
Location: San Francisco (onsite)
