The Team
The core function of the Implementation team is to ensure that customers can seamlessly begin operations on our platform as soon as possible. Beyond the traditional day-to-day responsibilities of project management, the team is responsible for helping our Engineering and Product teams determine customer pain points to ensure quality and speed in the implementation process.
The Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Implementation Manager to join our team. This role is crucial to Findigs' growth, focusing on deploying our product within our most complex large enterprise customer environments.
You will be expected to make a significant impact not only by ensuring exceptional outcomes for our customers but also by shaping the strategy for how Findigs scales its implementation practices. You will also serve as a reliable, influential expert and a role model for the wider team.
This role offers the flexibility to work from our NY office (hybrid) or remotely. We would especially love to hear from you if you are located in the Central or Mountain timezones!

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, and the scope of responsibilities in the role. In addition to cash compensation, all full time employees receive an equity compensation package.
