As Head of Marketing, your mission is to scale Finary into the undisputed wealth management app for Mass Affluent and HNWI audiences in Europe. You will build a scalable and predictable growth engine, elevate Finary into the #1 premium wealth brand in France, shape our international marketing playbook, and assemble a world-class team. You’ll work closely with the CEO and the Leadership Team to align marketing, product, and business strategy. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to our CEO, Mounir.
You’d Be a Great Fit If You
Have held a Head of Growth/Marketing, VP Growth/Marketing or CMO role at a B2C startup
Are a systems thinker who naturally operates in frameworks and growth loops
Rely on a data-centric approach, with mastery of CAC/LTV/payback logic and experience managing million euro annual marketing budgets
Bring broad marketing expertise across brand, performance, CRM, content, organic, and paid acquisition
Scaled at least one acquisition channel from zero to millions of users
Bring strong strategic thinking, but are still hands-on and know how to get things done
Know how to recruit and inspire top talent - and love building winning team
Collaborate seamlessly across product, design, data, and content
Are energized by ambiguity, failure, and scaling a business from the ground up
