What is Finary?

At Finary, our mission is to change how money can work for you. We are building a one-stop shop for investing that gives powers back to investors. Finary allows its users to track their assets, manage their budgets, invest their money, and learn more about finance. Mounir launched Finary in 2021. Since then, Finary has made great strides by reaching 600.000 users. We genuinely care about user experience, performance, and ease of use. Why now?

A new generation of investors is emerging: an ambitious, involved workforce. Money is no longer taboo and the pension system is under tremendous pressure. At Finary, we see a world where investing empowers everybody to live the life they’ve always dreamt of. Finary exists to revolutionize the personal money management experience.

To fuel this mission, we announced in September 2025 a 25M€ series B, backed by leading investors including PayPal Ventures, Hedosophia, Y Combinator and Speedinvest. About the role

At Finary, community is at the heart of everything we do. It’s how we found our first users, built trust, and scaled our mission to democratize wealth management. Today, our forum is one of the most popular finance communities in France. We want to reach the first position and make the community a key driver of our growth engine.

As our Community Builder, your mission will be to elevate the forum experience , build and scale our ambassador program, create meaningful online and offline touchpoints that deepen user engagement. You’ll also act as the voice of our users, channeling their feedback internally to shape the future of Finary.

You’d be a great fit if you

• Have proven experience building, scaling, and moderating online communities (ideally in finance).

• Are passionate about personal finance and eager to make it more accessible.

• Have excellent writing skills.

• Bring high energy, interpersonal warmth, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Have experience launching and scaling ambassador or advocacy programs.

• Know how to organize and execute events that bring people together.

• Thrive in cross-functional collaboration with other teams.

This role is not for you if you

• Have little to no interest in personal finance.

• Struggle with written or oral communication.

• Focus on vanity metrics.

Bonus points if you

• Have scaled communities internationally.

• Know your way around Discourse.
