🎯 Requirements

- Strong understanding of accrual accounting, subledger processes, best practices.
- Experience partnering with technical teams; able to explain accounting in system terms.
- Comfortable in data-driven/system-heavy environments; curious about how systems operate.
- Structured, analytical problem solver; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite a plus.
