Financial Risk Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead design, strategy, and operation of the Risk Control System (RCS).
• Define risk logic, rules, and triggers for fiat, card, and forex.
• Collaborate with engineering to build and operate the risk engine.
• Manage real-time monitoring, investigations, and actions (blocks, freezes, EDD).
• Develop risk policies and SOPs aligned to international standards.
• Translate needs into technical specs for automated risk tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Financial Risk, Fraud Ops, or Transaction Monitoring.
• Deep knowledge of Mastercard/Visa rules, SWIFT/SEPA rails, high-velocity Forex.
• Define functional requirements for technical teams; design if/then risk logic.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
• Proven track record of high-stakes risk investigations and actions.
• Location based in Singapore.
