Build liquidity, FX and interest-rate risk framework with first-line teams.
Represent Adyen to supervisory authorities and respond to requests.
Support scaling of embedded financial products: loans, accounts, card issuing, payouts.
Contribute to licensing efforts globally and expand the risk framework.
Contribute to risk deliverables: policies, SREP, ICAAP/ILAAP, Pillar 3, annual report.
Represent the financial risk team in Adyen-wide initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in banking/financial risk management with liquidity/fx/IR expertise.
Experience defining data requirements/structures from ground up for new products.
Solid knowledge of prudential banking regulation CRR CRD Basel OCC PRA.
Proactive, self-driven learner with a hands-on mindset.
Eager to drive change in a fintech within financial services.
Advanced stakeholder management and clear communication.
