Financial Risk Assurance Manager

📋 Description

• Provide independent 2LOD assurance over risk framework, controls, and processes
• Ensure compliance with Irish and EU regulatory obligations
• Design, execute and report on 2LOD assurance reviews
• Oversee ICT, information security, outsourcing, data protection and governance
• Engage stakeholders and report insights to senior management and Board
• Support risk culture and governance across the organisation

🎯 Requirements

• Background in risk assurance, internal audit or risk management in European financial services
• Led reviews across ICT, information security, fraud and financial risk
• Knowledge of COSO and ISO frameworks for 2LOD oversight
• Hands-on risk and control testing; identify root causes
• Strong data analysis; present insights to stakeholders
• Proficiency in Google Suite; SQL or Python a plus; deck building for Board reporting
