📋 Description

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated statements.
• Oversee reporting for regulated entities ensuring compliance.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions.
• Monitor FASB pronouncements and assess impact with stakeholders.
• Develop scalable GAAP policies for new initiatives.
• Serve as primary liaison between accounting, finance and biz.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA license
• 6+ years of public accounting or private industry
• Strong US GAAP technical accounting and reporting knowledge
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
