Financial Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements prep.
• Manage reporting for regulated entities with compliance.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions.
• Stay current on FASB and assess impact with stakeholders.
• Develop GAAP policies; support M&A and product launches.
• Design controls over financial reporting and close.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA license
• 6+ years of public accounting or private industry experience
• Strong US GAAP technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills
• Experience implementing and improving business processes and systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
