📋 Description

  • Lead monthly management accounts and reporting packs with automation.
  • Oversee statutory/regulatory reporting, including annual statements.
  • Manage external audits end-to-end, liaising with auditors and coordinating processes.
  • Own key financial processes (breakage, R&D, postpaid, insurance reporting).
  • Continuously review, improve finance processes to support growth.
  • Lead and develop the Financial Reporting team, hiring and coaching.

🎯 Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with 3+ years’ experience.
  • Proven people leader with experience managing high-performing finance teams.
  • Strong technical accounting capability, including implementing new accounting standards.
  • Ability to build relationships with external stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Strategic mindset with sound judgement and delegation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration; experience in software/tech company advantageous.
