🎯 Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with 3+ years’ experience.
- Proven people leader with experience managing high-performing finance teams.
- Strong technical accounting capability, including implementing new accounting standards.
- Ability to build relationships with external stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Strategic mindset with sound judgement and delegation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration; experience in software/tech company advantageous.
