Financial Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the consolidated monthly/quarterly close and statutory reporting.
• Ensure the general ledger across all entities is clean and audit-ready.
• Coordinate with advisers and auditors across jurisdictions.
• Build and implement AI-powered workflows for financial reporting.
• Manage a team of 2-3 Financial Reporting Analysts.
• Oversee intercompany eliminations, FX translation, and segment reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years in financial reporting, group accounting, or external audit.
• Multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction reporting experience.
• Track record implementing reporting processes and controls.
• Proficient in Xero or cloud accounting; Advanced Excel.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows for reporting.
