• Analyze financial products, including asset and portfolio modeling
• Develop expertise on Hometap’s financial products
• Research new products and changes from hypothesis to launch
• Contribute to pricing, structuring, and feature decisions
• Monitor market trends and synthesize insights
• Prioritize roadmap opportunities with cross-functional teams
• Support investor GTM narrative and pricing methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in financial product development or similar
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and critical thinking
• Solutions-oriented with a bias for action
• Empathy and curiosity for homeowners and investors
• Proven results through analysis in fast-paced environments
• Cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prioritize short- and long-term objectives
• Business acumen balancing pragmatics, analytics and impact
• Capital markets or fintech experience is a plus
