🎯 Requirements
- Active CFP® certification (CPA/PFS, ChFC, CIC, CFA are a plus or substitute with experience).
- 5+ years in financial planning, advice, or related financial services.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Strong command of the financial planning process and employee-benefit planning needs.
- A clear, empathetic communicator who can build trust with clients and advisors.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment; able to establish processes and lead a team.
