📋 Description

  • Lead and coach a remote CFP® team to deliver 1-on-1 planning via text chat and video.
  • Build a high-performing culture through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development.
  • Evolve and operationalize a scalable service model balancing quality, compliance, and capacity.
  • Conduct QA for planning standards, documentation quality, and SEC compliance requirements.
  • Use data and feedback to improve outcomes; track client satisfaction, engagement, and planner capacity.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve the end-to-end client experience and inform product roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

  • Active CFP® certification (CPA/PFS, ChFC, CIC, CFA are a plus or substitute with experience).
  • 5+ years in financial planning, advice, or related financial services.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong command of the financial planning process and employee-benefit planning needs.
  • A clear, empathetic communicator who can build trust with clients and advisors.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment; able to establish processes and lead a team.
