📋 Description

• Forecast and track both people and non-people related expenses for a large organization.
• Plan and forecast both people and non-people related expenses for a large organization.
• Communicate complex financial insights clearly to finance and non-finance teams.
• Improve expense and top-line reporting; provide ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes with scalable models, tools, and dashboards.
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to a collaborative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in FP&A or similar finance partner role; SaaS preferred.
• Outstanding modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with FP&A forecasting tools; cloud cost management a plus.
• Strong presentation skills to distill data for executives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships.
• Passion for Elastic’s products and staying engaged with the evolving business.
