🎯 Requirements
- 5–8+ years in FP&A or related role with corporate FP&A exposure
- CMA, CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus
- Hands-on with Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar EPM tools)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently
- Strong judgment, curiosity, willingness to challenge assumptions
- Clear, confident communicator who translates complexity into action
