Support forecasting and planning, financial reporting, and strategic analyses to help Guild growth
Build positive relationships across the org and work with internal stakeholders
Contribute to monthly close packages for Board, investors, and senior management
Assist with ad hoc projects to support key business decisions
Improve FP&A processes with technology and AI
Support a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment

🎯 Requirements

Excel and/or Google Sheets experience
Adaptive Insights experience is a plus
Looker and SQL experience is a plus
Roll-up-the-sleeves, results-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication
Curiosity to learn FP&A operations and scale the team
