Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenarios
Prepare monthly variance analysis and performance reporting
Analyze revenue, margin, operating expenses, and key drivers
Translate financial results into clear leadership insights
Own recurring reporting on sales performance, pipeline, bookings, and conversions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Minimum of 3 years FP&A or financial analysis experience
Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business strongly preferred
Working knowledge of revenue models, forecasting, and financial statements
Experience working with CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) preferred
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools
