Financial Partnerships Manager, Stablecoins & Cross-Border Payments

📋 Description

• Define the strategy and roadmap for Ramp's stablecoin payment and treasury infrastructure
• Build and scale stablecoin payment and treasury infra through partnerships
• Partner with external providers and internal teams to deliver end-to-end product flows
• Solve Ramp's fintech challenges with new technologies
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, product, and engineers to integrate stablecoins
• Collaborate with product, finance, sales and marketing to define GTM strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in BD, Partnerships, Consulting, Investing, Banking or Product Management
• Deep expertise with Stablecoin, Web3, cross-border settlement, and FX
• Background in highly regulated fintech environments (payments, banking)
• Experience closing and managing product partnerships, esp. cross-border money movement and payments
• Clear communication, structured thinking, organization, and good product sense
• Experience defining API-based product experiences in collaboration with product and technical teams
